It had great features that made those who bought the product excited.

I really like that you can convert customers more efficiently and effectively by sending targeted follow-up messages.

The only problem with the software is that it's a beast of functionality and it's easy for me to get lost in the minefield.
You know they suck when they have to change their names so they can try to rename themselves, but in the end they are still confused.
Essentially it doesn't have (easy) pipeline management. Cancellation and a rude customer service experience.
The customer service is terrible. I wanted to cancel BEFORE my next billing and they told me to schedule a phone call before I can cancel, which is ridiculous.

Overall: Once you get to know all the features, you will see how powerful and useful this software can be.
